"Arctic and North" is a scientific online periodical that has been published continuously since the first issue in 2011. The journal is focused on the Arctic and North from the perspective of economics, social and political studies.

The journal is published for the wide audience and is interesting to representatives of scientific community, universities, research institutions, Russian federal, regional and local governments, business, culture, and to everyone involved or interested in the Arctic and North both in Russia and abroad.

The Journal is registered by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (ROSKOMNADZOR) as an online media published in Russian and English: Registration certificate ЭЛ No. ФС77- 78458, issued on the 8th of June 2020. Earlier, the journal was registered as an electronic periodical, certificate ЭЛ No. ФС77-42809 dated November 26, 2010. All articles in Russian can be found at Elibrary.ru, license contract № 96-04/2011R  April 12, 2011; 

and in scientific digital library CyberLeninka.ru.
